Who is GCM Consultants?
We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. We measure our success by the continuity of our work with all our clients. We're always on the lookout for new projects that push the boundaries of creativity.

On a daily basis, you will perform the following tasks :

• Enter accounts payable data for GCM CORPO and its subsidiaries.
• Payment of supplier invoices.
• Manage supplier files (opening accounts, updating information, checking bank details).
• Manage and reconcile credit cards.
• Check and adjust employee expense accounts.
• Miscellaneous: correspondence, filing.

Requirements :

• College degree in accounting or finance.
• Two to five years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a multi-company, multi-province work environment (an asset).
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and SIFIA (an asset).
